So I'm thinking about getting involved with Young Life. I met with a lady yesterday (who, strangely enough, happened to graduate from my high school two years ahead of me) to get some info on leading a group, get an idea of what it would mean from a commitment standpoint, and for her to meet me- I guess so she can see I'm not a total freak or something. At least at first meeting. It sounds like it would be a lot like leading a core, only harder cause I wouldn't be living among my corelings. Hmm...am i capable of being that purposeful. I think so. It would definitely give me something more to live for than this semi-crappy job I get up for every morning. I guess it's just a matter now of praying and figuring out what God wants me to do, if He really wants me in Spokane (they ask for a two year commitment) and if this is how I can serve Him best. Sometimes I wish someone would just figure this stuff out for me.
