Tonight I'm hanging out with Martin and Lisa. It should be....weird. Let's be honest. It's going to be awkward. The three of us haven't all been together in well over a year. But I'm sure once the conversation starts rolling, things will be just fine.
The family just left and we're cleaning up the remains of Grandpa's birthday dinner. I love seeing my family, but the highlight is, of course, baby K.C. As far as babies go, this is a cute one. He is probably currently the cutest 6 month old baby on the planet. But, perhaps I'm biased, since he's Sarah's baby. Meh. I am a little comforted to find that although I greatly enjoy holding/cuddling/playing with K.C., I'm not feeling any overwhelming urges to have babies of my own just yet. This is fortunate because it's just not gonna happen any time soon. And I'm more than cool with that as long as my cousins and friends keep having babies for me to play with. Heck, not too much longer before my siblings start getting married and poppin 'em out. Time flies.
Welp, I should probably get ready to head down to Lisa's for our evening o' awkwardness :-) I think I'm going to go and play Tom's new guitar for a minute before I depart.
