Okay...being back at work is not so bad after all. I didn't miss my co-workers, but being in their presence again is all right. And I haven't had any jerky tables yet since I've been back...but I have had some pretty crappy tippers. Oh well.
In other news, I hung out with a friend of mine from long ago a few days ago. We were best friends from 3rd or 4th grade and still occasionally hung out in high school (we lived on different sides of town by then), but really have only seen each other twice through out college, although we have kept in touch through e-mail. So I was a little nervous when I went to meet her at the park on Tuesday. But I shouldn't have worried, because she was the same old Sara and we had so much to talk about it...a lot of catching up to do over the past 5 years or so! She's been back and forth between Ireland and the Seattle area for the past couple of years, but she'll be living in Spokane until around November hopefully. It'll be nice to have her around, even if it's only for a while.
Right now, I'm thinking about how fattening ranch salad dressing is, not caring, and going to get a drink of water.
