I went a little crazy today. Well, crazy for me. I went to Bestbuy with the intention of buying a new CD for driving over to Bellingham this weekend. I planned on buying either Aqualung or Badly Drawn Boy. I walked out with both, in addition to a Feist CD. So I spent $40 on CD's in about 15 minutes. That's not something I do too often. So far, I'm not regretting my purchases, however, because they are all albums I've wanted to get for a while. I am excited to pump the jams on the way over to the westside.
Although, all three are pretty mellow. Maybe I should have gone for something a little more jam-worthy. Oh well.
Then i went and spent $25 on underwear. This may be an overshare, but I have not purchased underwear since my junior year of college...the earlier part. And I've been jealous of the underwear I picked out for Stacy for Christmas since Christmas (is that weird that I picked out my sister's underwear as a Christmas present? She asked for it!) so I headed over to Vicky's Secret to check out the selection. And was pleased. And purchased underwear. There ya go.
And then I had to fill up my gas tank which was freaking expensive, but there wasn't really anything I could do about it, since I wanted to go home and I wasn't going to make it from the valley without gas. Damn gas. I need to get myself a horse.
Lisa just called. She's gonna come over for a couple of minutes before I head to work. That'll be good. Maybe I should go change really quick before she gets here so i don't have to do it when she's here and be all rude and stuff.
