I'm going to Seattle tomorrow. One more night of work, and then i get a quasi "weekend" Thursday and Friday, and then come home and work the actual weekend. Fun. I'm cocktail waitressing down in the bar Saturday night. That should be an interesting experience cause I won't know what I'm doing and the bartender will probably yell at me, and creepy guys will probably check out my ass while their girlfriends look on in disapproval. (Not that that doesn't already happen in the dining room of the SPG while I'm doing my regular waitressing duties. Let's face it, it's large and hard to avoid.) But that's not until Saturday. In the meantime, I've just got two lame-ass parties to work tonight, hopefully meeting someone for a martini or two after that, and then getting up in the morning and heading west for Erin's birthday and other friend-related activity. This may be my last trip to the westside before I head to Texas. It sucks that I won't make it up to Bellingham again. Ugh. My heart physically aches for that place sometimes.
Perhaps I will come to love Denton, TX just as much? hahahaha...I doubt it.
I'm contemplating napping before getting ready for work...well, crap, I have to leave in an hour. That doesn't leave me much time.
Before I go, I saw the funniest headline in the "Today" section of the Spokesman-Review (Spokane's local newspaper) yesterday. Are you ready for this? "Wild sex can cause penile injury." Yes, this was a headline in the newspaper. Thanks for the info, SR, I'll keep that in mind.
