A little over two weeks before I fly home...ugh...I cannot wait. In honor of my anticipation, I am going to compile a list of all the things I want to do while i'm in Spokane. Here they are, in no particular order:
-go walk on the pond at Canon Hill Park with my sisters...if it's frozen of course, and then walk around the neighborhood and pretend we live there.
-Twigs it with Stacy and splurge on drinks and the gorgonzola sauce for our fries.
-sit at Starbucks for hours with Lisa
-see a movie, pretty much any movie, at the downtown AMC, and then window shop.
-Go to Steam Plant Grill and see all of my friends, eat Chicken macadamia (if it's still on the menu!!!) and drink a hot buttered rum and two pints of vanilla bourbon stout!
-go to Mama's with Becky and sing some karaoke
-spend time with Kira and little Malaya, who will have made her first appearance by then. hard to believe!!
-dashboard confessional sing/play alongs with Tom
-have a beer with Hannah...maybe at the Elk again? Relive that time I told off that asshole guy?
-Play board games with the family.
-watch the LOTR trilogy, cause it's been too long.
-Have a hellogoodbye dance party with Amanda, I know she'd be into it.
-And then we can listen to "Put the Lights on the Tree" and totally piss Felicia off.
-Make Christmas cookies. Lots and lots and lots.
-Cuddle that damn puppy.
-Rockwood Bakery, then a walk to Manito Park.
-Bittersweet Bistro and making the difficult decision between a bacon filled crepe or hazelnut scone.
-Have lunch with all the grandparents.
-Hang out with Courtney if she's gonna be around. And martinis with John!!
-drive around on Christmas eve, the Boyer sibling tradition, in our pajamas with hot chocolate, looking at the lights. (Tom can drive if it's icy.)
-talk for hours about whatever our new family wide obsession is...I wonder what it's going to be! (Tom, we're going to be talking a lot about the new Rogue Wave CD...man, that cd...it's great).
-Just sitting, reading, journaling, not worrying about anything class or work related.
-Visiting the choir at St. Stephen's.
I could really go on and on, so I should stop for now. I have to go and shower, as I have booze in my hair and smell like cigarettes. That sounds a lot more seedy than it actually is.
Happy Friday!
